PLUS PLUS - Learn to Build Vehicles, 360 Pieces - Construction Building Stem / Steam Toy, Interlocking Mini Puzzle Blocks for Kids

We love this toy. My son is a little young for this toy. He is five, but he was able to help build some of the easier steps and get it ready for me to put on the car. He could also count the pieces and colors I’d need. He loves playing with them. We had plus plus big when he was younger and am so happy they added wheels to these newer sets. He loves race cars, so these are a lot of fun to make and play with. The one draw back is that the wheel hubs cannot come out, so once they’re in they’re locked and can’t be changed. I wish there was a warning about this when it shows you how to put them together because there were 10 wheels and also ten center hubs. I didn’t read all the directions first on how to make the cars, so I didn’t know that two wheels didn’t use center hubs, and that two center hubs were to be used as lights for one of the cars. Not too big of a deal. The one car just doesn’t have lights now. There are a lot of extra pieces which is good because the pieces that hold the wheels can get a little stripped from young kids taking them on and off a lot, but it’s no big deal because you can just trade them out with the extra pieces. Also some of the colors in the directions are a little hard to distinguish from each other at first glance. It helps to also study the pictures on the box. The black and dark gray and the red and orange pieces are the most difficult. Overall, a very fun toy to build and play with.

This is a wonderful, open-ended toy for almost all ages. One of my kids has these in after school care and it took me a long time to figure out what he was describing because he wanted these for home. Both of my kids, age 9 and 5 really enjoy them. Perfect for long road trips too!

My son plays with Plus Plus toys at school and loves them so we wanted to get him a set for home. He also loves vehicles so this was the perfect set for him to enjoy making all sorts of creations!
