Pretty yummy!
I bought these more for a quick meal rather than a weight loss remedy. I was pleasantly surprised by how good they taste!

Typical meal replacement shake
I got the variety pack. All the flavors taste alright. Surprisingly my least favorite was the strawberry. It left a strange after taste. All others were fine. As far as mixing, using my shaker bottle mixed the powder well, still was a little grainy but no more than what some other shake powders i've tried. It did get thicker than another brand i was trying. I also tried it as a pudding and that was pretty good. Actually prefer it as a pudding. Thickens up and pretty smooth. Amazon needs to ship these in boxes. I have same issue with the bars. I ordered multiple hoping they would come shipped in a box. Nope, all the variety boxes were shoved in a shipping bag. Thankfully these are powders but you can tell they got smashed.

These are okay
I really liked the numbers and hoped these would taste good too. They are okay. I could use them but there are more flavorful ones out there with the same nutrition Info. This tasted watered down but I did use 10oz of water. Prob will not buy again.

the shakes a little better with milk, but not that bad. If you use water. Good flavor!

Perfect in a pinch
I used oat milk to help boost the protein on these. Highly recommend. The strawberry one reminds me of the Nesquik strawberry milk, except not packed full of sugar. I enjoyed the chocolate mint one. I would take these to work to help stave off cravings.

These are the best shakes! I like them better than the diet plan ones that I’m on. They fill you up and are thick. The strawberry is the best flavor!
