Very good source of Omega 3 and delicious
What a great product. I just had a can and it was delicious. I really love fish and anchovies from the can are really great too.

Nice Lemony Flavor
I really enjoy these. They're a change from the sardines I buy. I buy these over other brands. They have a lemony flavor, firm texture and not overly oily. I've bought these without the added lemon, but I don't always have fresh lemons. I highly recommend them.

They claim it's low sodium but it actually is not
The mackerel taste very good a little pricey and if you're looking to reduce your sodium the can that it comes in and the box when you buy six at a time do not match the sodium is way higher on the can than the box says I called the company twice to tell them they never made the adjustment

Quality canned fish.
May favorite brand of canned fish. All the flavors are delicious. Mackerel has a slightly firmer and 'chewier' texture than sardines. Excellence in a can.
