I got a sample of this years ago, it quickly became my favorite hair product and I recommend it frequently. I only use the shampoo “cleanser”. It’s high quality and I don’t feel I need conditioner. A little goes a long way. A bottle will last my 6-9 months. It smells very good, but it’s not over powering. Like a light floral fragrance, it’s ok for men too I would say. When you see the price you may think it’s expensive, but it lasts a long time and is much better quality than any other brand I’ve used, even other “professional/salon” brands, good value for the money. I have thick heavy hair, I only use the blue bottle, it keeps my hair soft and non greasy.

I don’t know how I came across this shampoo, but so happy that I did. It is a bit pricey, so I keep trying to find another brand less costly but I always come back. My hair, which I have a lot of is fine and has a tendency to lay flat against my head making it look thin and lifeless. This shampoo, however, brings it to life! I get great bounce and I love the smell. So I will happily be a longtime user. For those days I need it, I also use the conditioner, which is excellent.

I will never buy shampoo at the grocery store or WalMart again. I received a sample of this shampoo in a Birchbox delivery. It's simply amazing. I have long hair that tends to be dry. I shampoo now twice a week with this. No need for conditioner any more (haven't used for the 2 years I've used this product). Hair is fluffy and soft and very healthy. I only use this and Ghost Verb shampoo. These 2 are similar - expensive but worth every penny for really high quality and what it does for hair health. Eliminates need for conditioner, hair stays clean for days on end, and gentle pleasant smell.

I tried this after my hair dresser used the Authentic Beauty Glo on me a few times and after I bought the Authentic Beauty Glo. The Glo smells a little too strong for me and I love pretty smells and finding a long lasting smell in a shampoo. The Glo made my hair very shiny so I thought why not try this one, the Hydrate Cleanser since I do have color treated and dry hair. My hair is wavy (2A/2B) type. I am so glad I tried this type. First off, I absolutely love the smell! It is very similar or if not the same as Glo but not as strong. The smell still lasts for a few days but is not as overpowering. I love how it makes my hair softer and shiny.

I'm glad I purchased the sample size instead of the large more expensive bottle. The product smells amazing, but I have naturally curly/wavy hair and this "moisturizing" combo did nothing for me. I usually do a wash and go style with minimal products and I couldn't do that. I would not recommend this for curly hair.
