Love the flavor of the strawberry lemonade. I like chocolate too, but the chocolate flavor of this is barely palatable for me. Helps me get through the evening with les cravings and does increase ketones in circulation. Tested with my ketone meter to be sure!

I got the strawberry lemonade and omg it is awful! I don't do artificial sweeteners of any kind and that's exactly what this tastes like. It is so bad it makes me want to barf. The fact that we can't return it for different flavor or a refund makes it even worse. I can't find any way to mask that nasty flavor. I will not purchase this again even though it was recommended while I was on keto. Just cannot handle the taste. If they would leave that sweetener taste out it might not be too bad. I would rather no flavor at all than this nasty mess. I will never purchase again

I am ketones all day i drink when my ketones are 0 when i check with the ketones strips. I cannot eat meat or seafoods. I hope they do one with strawberry only.

This product uses potassium magnesium and calcium as a delivery agent for the ketone the problem is the dosages of magnesium and calcium will far exceed what you should take in a day if you take it multiple times throughout the day. Also very dangerous to take this product if you also use magnesium at night for sleeping. The product tastes terrible. Very little I could do to make it taste better other than to stop drinking it. It's not returnable so I would recommend staying away from it.

Was very pleased with the tangy taste of these ketones. It doesn't have that fake sugar taste like some of the other products I've tried. Like most of the products from Perfect Keto, this is another winner.

Also, perhaps coincidentally, I got a headache soon after I started drinking a small amount (part of a 1/4 scoop beverage). I will see how it goes. A competing product gives me great energy and focus with less of an odd taste and no headache.
