Works as it should and don’t round out like a lot of sockets similar to it do.

I received a previous return, but evidently it didn’t fit for turn previous user either - I measured the diameter of the tool: the cup is about right (47mm - a little oversized as usual) but the diameter between the lands (measuring undamaged ends) is only 43mm, while the slots in a stock SRAM sub bottom bracket measure 44mm between, so it could never have fit even before stripped.

Perfect for removing SRAM DUB BSA bottom bracket. Not a perfect finish on the polished version I got. Had some sharp edges but it gets the job done.

I am so cheap, I ordered despite the warnings in the reviews. I have a 16 slot socket from Park, but needed this 12 slot to fit my wife’s sram bottom bracket. I didn’t have any trouble with it gripping the bottom bracket during removal and reinstalling (however I agree with others that it is relatively shallow and requires more care). But I did have significant trouble getting it to fit on my 3/8” torque wrench and even more trouble removing after use, suggesting the metal is too soft and/ or not machined right. This never happened with my park socket. But so far, I am not sorry I purchased given it is 1/3 the cost and I will likely use it no more then 1 or 2 times in the future. But if you needed a tool for frequent use, I feel you really shouldn’t buy this product.

This tool has a great price and works very well, I would buy it again

Bought it to work with some two sided thread together style BBs but not shop quality. Thin material feels like it won’t last long. Fit and finish are fine
