Does this have a metal roller?

no, it rolls on like lip gloss, it is very moisturizing. I love it. I have very dry lips and skin. I have this in my purse, my car, by the TV and by my dining table.

Where exactly is the expiration date?

I have never worried about the expiration date as I use this product often, especially at bedtime to keep my lips from getting dry. I keep an extra one in a drawer and the product is always great whenever I open that one.

Are the tubes individually packaged?

Yes they are. Just like if you bought individual packages in the store.

Blistek recently changed the formula. Can you tell me if this 4-pack is the old formula with oxybenzone or the new formula with octisalate? Thank you
