I'm always looking for a tasty multi-vitamin gummy, and I've tried many that I always thought were good, but after trying this brand, those don't even compare. Pretty good flavor, low sugar content, no iron (which is good for post-menopausal women), and lots of biotin (good for hair, skin and nails). I'm halfway through my first bottle...so far so good. I hope to see some benefits in my hair, skin and nails with the amount of biotin that's in these, as well as an overall feeling of well-being.

I am a 60 year old woman and I searched for days for a multivitamin that supplies recommended doses of the vitamins my doctor feels would be appropriate for me. I was willing to pay a considerable amount of money but I found these to be exactly what I was looking for and the cost totally surprised me because other high priced brands with same or very similar daily percentages of the same ingredients as Nature's Craft. As I mentioned, I did considerable research on Amazon and many other sites so I feel secure in my recommendation. Really good multi vitamin, they weren’t all melted together like some that I’ve ordered in the past, easy to get out of the container and the flavor is really good. They aren’t chewy and more like a fruit snack texture. It’s hard to only eat too they are so good! These will be my go to multi from now on!
