My fiancee and I are doing the Ideal Protein diet at a local Ideal Protein clinic. Due to the nature of this diet (low fat, carb, & calorie but HIGH protein) it's easy to get backed up so to speak. It's such a common occurrence that they even have a protocol as to how to deal with it if/when it does. Well, I tried most things they suggested including the magnesium citrate. That worked but it left me with really bad gas cramps. So, I decided to try this. The first day nothing. The second day it worked and so far has continued to work well. No real gas pains to speak of. I think the little gas pains I did have was from the fiber in the part 2 pills. Overall, I'm very happy with it and will continue to rely on it when needed throughout my Ideal Protein diet journey!

This is my go to for helping others start detoxing their system. I took it back in 2007 and lost almost 15 pounds of "waste" throughout the month.So now I buy and recommend this to any of my friends and family looking to begin some kind of detox.If changing your diet is hard for you then this is a good place to start. This one was purchased for my girlfriend for a quick start (I usually buy the full Ultimate Cleanse) It worked well for her and got her almost regular but she really needed the full dose rather than just 7 days.I personally noticed the most elimination happening in my 3rd week.This product never had me running to the bathroom, but had me praising the toilet for being invented.

I'm not sure about some of the other reviews on here but this did not upset my stomach at all and it did exactly what I expected a cleanse to do. I didn't start with 2 tablets a day but did the 3 in the morning and 3 at night as I've done other cleanses and figured let's get the ball rolling. I was regular everyday and sometimes 2x a day. I felt the warning signs when I had to go and it was gentle and quick. The pills have a funny smell and I bit mine in half to swallow but otherwise this was a very easy cleanse. I did limit my food intake and drank plenty of water. I ended up losing about 8lbs, maybe a little more. I felt my tummy was a little smaller from not being bloated and I measured a 2 inch lose but I also did light workouts focusing on my tummy region. You really can't beat the price and for what you need it for.

Hi recommend for health conscious individuals that need assistance with a cleansing from time to time. It helps to keep me weight down. No harsh pain. A very natural outcome

I took this for 7 days as instructed & literally nothing happened. Like nothing at all. Waste of time & money.
