great taste and not too spicy
very good flavor, not too spicy and great for topping rice. Texture is comparable to other jarred mushrooms.

what is this sorcery
I donโt have a lot of experience with Chinese foods or other Asian foods except Korean. This is absolutely freaking amazing and I want an entire case right now. If you donโt like spicy food, please stay away from this.

Just a warning itโs super hard to open. Also the flavor is pretty good but i wish there was more enoki.
