Certainly a crisp with a crunch unlike the production of normal potato based crisps. A winning combination of combining seaweed with tabioca and maintaining the salty taste associated with the sea.

I've never liked fish much, and I don't like the smell or taste of the ocean. But seaweed is SALVATION if you have chronic constipation, and since my situation has become very dire, I'm determined to learn to like these bizarre plants. So far so good. Happily, it doesn't take much seaweed to make a huge difference, so my plan is to have a small dose morning and night. I've had excellent results mixing about a tablespoon of seaweed flakes into those super cheap instant noodles that are sold everywhere. But since those aren't exactly healthy, I'm looking for better ways to get my daily doses. I expected these crisps to taste awful, and was planning to soldier through, but they are surprisingly good! Probably helped that I had such low expectations, lol, but the seasonings used complement the fishy taste very well. They taste like a salty onion flavoured crisp, then there is a fishy aftertaste. Totally doable, which is awesome bc I have a very opinionated tongue and it will NOT swallow what it doesn't like. I think you'd end up running to the bathroom if you eat too many of these, so don't binge them. I'm going to shoot for maybe half a pack a day, split into 2 servings. But they really do work, and will be so easy to take with me on my upcoming trip. Since I can't risk being without seaweed right now, I'm thrilled to have found this portable option. For fellow non-seaweed fans, realize there are many different species with very different flavour profiles. This product uses Nori seaweed. If you hate it, look up descriptions of how other types taste, as you're likely to find a winner. Chronic constipation can be caused by your body not distributing fluids correctly, so the stool remains hard an unpassable. Balancing nutrition, especially minerals, can correct the core problem (along with improving your gut flora with probiotics). Since seaweed is a superfood containing many fantastic minerals, it's a way better solution than stressing your system with laxatives. I definitely recommend this product for fellow sufferers. And if you already like the taste of fish, you will probably like these very much, plus you'll get some good nutrition as well.
