I believe the outer diameter is 1/4" male NPT thread. That said, you can always use a bushing to adapt it to whatever you are screwing it into (e.g. make it work with a 3/8" NPT female fitting). **Q: What is the country of origin?** A: It is made in China. **Q: I want to use this for a lab experimental procedure: will I be able to retrieve the pressure data in real time?** A: That depends on what you mean by "real time." It outputs an analog voltage that is a linear slope ranging from 0.5 volts (or close to that) for 0 Psi up to 4.5 volts (or close to that) for the upper range of Psi per sensor (150 Psi for the one I purchased). The brass one on my AEM oil pressure kit failed after about 2 years. This was a direct replacement that was better made. The one with the kit was part plastic and this one was all metal.
