Q: One of the wheels will not go in. The chair is completely put together but what do I do now?

I am not a wood expert, but all the wooden pieces on this chair are hard, sturdy, and durable. Looking at it from the underside, I can verify that the frame is real wood, not particle board. It is heavy for it's side which is consistent with having been built with wood. I sit in it daily for several hours at a time and there are no scratches and not a bit of wobbliness or distress in evidence. The rollers are heavy duty and smooth. Hope this helps.
