Great plate replacement!
My jack plate on my tele cracked. It was a cheap plastic plate. I customized and upgraded maples neck with natural nitrose finish cheap Fender Squire wth new locking tuners. And Custom Texas Special Pickups. So new metal plate is perfect for guitar jack. Plugged in and rock on.

A perfect fit
Needed this small plate for a guitar repair and it worked perfectly.

Decent cover, awful screws.
Finally got around to installing this and had two of the screws shear just below the screw heads. I was hand tightening and using minimal torque but after the second screw failed in the same way I decided not to proceed with the other two. The metal of the sheared screws is very soft and made extracting them difficult using pliers and instead had to use vice grips. If you decide to buy this cover find alternative screws to save yourself a headache.

It’s not a gibson
Poor quality thin metal. Cheap but it shows. Fit is fine but it came off and went back because it’s such poor quality steel. Buy a real gibson or fender, or at least allparts. Don’t cheat on Jackplate like I tried to do.

Almost a 1-for-1 Replacement
First image is the new plate installed. It's a little thinner than the old one, but it's metal so it's obviously better! The second image shows the new screws (right) next to the old screws. There's an obvious difference in length. I installed the new screws anyway, and they do fit nice and tight. But I'm sure Epiphone uses those longer screws to compensate for the continual pulling on the jack plate. But it looks really great on my Les Paul Classic!
