These work pretty well for my lactose intolerant son. We always carry a bottle with us wherever we go so that he can take a couple pills with his first bite and it really does seem to help with gas/bloating/intestinal pains and diarrhea. Highly recommended for parents looking for help for their lactose intolerant kiddos.

These lactose enzyme tablets are awesome and a better deal than other brands I’ve tried! With three kids who are lactose intolerant, finding something that works without breaking the bank is a big win. These tablets do the trick just as well as the pricier options but cost a lot less. I actually use these too! We've been using them for a while now, and they’ve made it so much easier for my kids to enjoy dairy without any problems. Seems to work well for my 4 year old daughter who is sensitive and somewhat intolerant to dairy. She would get gassy and have tummy aches. The chewable pills make it easy for her to take, but the smell is not the most pleasant. I store it in the fridge to try and reduce some of the unpleasant smell. My daughter tells me when shes almost out and needs more, so that says something. I will continue to keep purchasing this for her as it makes her tummy happy when she eats dairy, and mommy too.

Helps my sons belly to not hurt after ice cream. Still has some gas but it won't knock everyone out like normal.

Well these do work very well for my five-year-old who doesn’t digest dairy very well, the stench when you open the bottle is horrible, ours smell like dirty sweaty feet. Luckily if you let it sit out for a minute and the stench goes away then you can chew them without gagging. So yes it’s not your child from having diarrhea from dairy, but the smell is just yucky and off putting to all.

They've opened up a lot more choices for my son (11, developed intolerance to lactose around 8 years old). He's still a bit hesitant having been sick with milk and cream based foods before to really guzzle the dairy down he now happily eats normal dairy ice-cream, cheesecake, ravioli etc. without any stomach issues when previously it was almost instant illness. Brilliant and simple to take.

Allows my lactose intolerant son and I to indulge in dairy products at home or eating out. Take a couple before eating and we've had no issues. Mild taste and not to chalky when chewing. He's autistic and tolerates them.
