MarshalltownMxs73dss Trowel 14in - Red Dsoft Handle

This is a superb trowel. Nicely weighted and gives a superb finish with ease and it is stainless steel as well. I have been plastering for years and have only ever had to replace a Marshalltown trowel because it was lost or liberated by someone else, never though tool fault.Lots of people ask why would anyone pay this much for a trowel when you can pick up a budget unbranded one for a couple of pounds in a discount store. Well most plasterers have used that logic when they first started out and wondered why it was so hard to get a good finish on their plaster. Its only when you get a top quality trowel that you realise that it wasn't that you or plaster wasn't very good it was because the budget trowel was rubbish. Buy quality tools and in general if you take care of them they will last and perform well.I personally like Marshalltown and Ragni tools for plastering and bricklaying tasks.
