Saved my frizzy hair! No more expensive blowouts for me!
First, my hair is very thin fine dark blonde with light blonde highlights. It is fairly long and hits my mid back. I have a little curl but mostly wavy with a ton of breakage and frizz. I have no experience with coloring my hair or doing this process by myself. I have always had a professional give me highlights or do Brazilian blowouts. However since money is tight I decided to take chance and do this myself. It turned out awesome! No more frizz! It was time consuming. 3 1/2 hours including the 1hr processing time. I found the instructions very easy to follow and watched a few videos for tips. The product had very little smell and was easy to apply. I applied using a brush a stylist uses during coloring applications. I tried not to put on too much product and evenly distributed it by using a fine tooth comb. I also used both a flat iron and a curling brush to make sure it was baked on well. It did seem a bit sticky until you wash it the final time and I used the deep conditioner. But after washing it, my hair was soft and silky. Just like I had it done in the salon! I have a ton of product left so I think I could do this at least one more time. I was worried it might effect my color or highlights but it did not. I was sure to follow the directions of using a lower temperature on my flat irons to prevent discoloration. I am really glad I found this product. Now I hope it lasts! If not, I will update this post.

Saved my hair
I was very close to “chopping it all off,” but my husband likes my mid-back length hair and asked me to try this one last thing. My issue was that over the last few years about two inches of my hair all along the nape of my neck had gone from being wavy (like the rest of my hair) to being kinky curly with a tendency to frizz. It was so much curlier than the rest of my hair that it made that part of my hair hang inches shorter than the rest of my hair. I had looked into salon keratin treatments and had decided it just wasn’t worth the cost...hence, I was ready to try a pixie cut. I have now used this product three different times. My hair stays manageable and shiny for at least three months. In fact, this last time I didn’t feel most of my hair needed the treatment (just the hair toward the nape of my neck that starts to curl and frizz sooner than the rest of my hair, but even it will last at least a few months). My husband loves that I’m happier with it and am wearing it down. There are two negatives: one, of course, is the terrible smell during the flat-ironing portion (we open a window and turn on a fan for that part), but other than that the effort is well worth the long-lasting manageability. The second negative is that it did change the color of my hair somewhat. I have naturally medium brown hair and my hair has more of a reddish tone after treatment. I could see this issue being a deal breaker for some, but I didn’t find it to be a big issue. I know these issues could lead others to rate this far less than five stars, but I am giving it five stars because it has consistently made me love the way my hair looks with almost no daily effort.

My hair smells so bad!!! REGRET!!!
I don't usually write reviews, but I 100% regret this. I contemplated getting this for so long. I read reviews about how great is was and then reviews about how bad. I was especially nervous because I had my hair color corrected months ago. I'm a brunette for reference. I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on salon keratin blowouts/treatments. This brand wasn't the same as any other brand that's been used on my hair in the past. I've watched the youtube video and countless others and finally just decided to get it. Well. I REGRET IT! 1. Took me a very long time, which is fine. I knew if I wanted it done right, I'd have to be very meticulous with the application and so on. 2. Followed the directions step by step. I applied it and started to blowdry it, which was so difficult. My hair was basically thick hay after blow drying it. It was so dry and unmanegable. 2. The straightening process was just as difficult. I have dark hair and it turned the baby hairs around my face and even towards the center of my head ORANGE! It faded my color as well. I turned the heat down immediately and used 400 for the rest. I have naturally wavy, thin hair just like the girl in the youtube video, not as hay-like though. I was scared to do more than a few passes over my hair so i did less than recommended. It was just so difficult. 3. After straightening my hair felt thick, it was greasy and stiff, smelled bad. 4. Rinsed it out and my oh my by hair smelled f****** terrible. Chemical-y, rotten, like vinegar. I couldn't stand it. I put a soft scarf over my head for the night so the stench wouldn't get on my pillow, which is did btw. 5. Had my hair in a loose, low bun for work. As soon as I got off I took it out and it smelled SO BAD i thought i was gonna vomit then pass out in the car. The roots of my hair, especially towards the back was sticky, greasy, thick, like I didn't wash it out well enough. 6. I put on a mask in the hopes of putting something on my hair that would loosen the grimey-ness in my hair and get rid of the smell or at least cover it a bit. Left it in for 4 hours or so as I took a nap. Now here I am. I rinsed the mask out. Washed my hair 3 times in the shower, each time with a different shampoo (1st the one that came with this product then a cleansing conditioner to soften it a bit, 2nd with a sulfate shampoo bc i wanted it out so bad and regular conditioner, 3rd with acure sulfate free shampoo and conditioner) i was scrubbing, massaging and rubbing at my scalp and the ends just hoping this crap comes out. My hair still smells terrible, I can't stand it. My hair feels straw like, though it's soft on the surface. The roots feel heavy, clumped together, thick. This is unlike any other treatment I've had on my hair. I'd rather be dealing with my annoying natural hair. I need this s*** out of my hair. Save yourself the immense headache and frustration. Just go to the salon. I know paying that much money sucks but ave up for a quality product and good service. If you worry about and value your hair now, do not risk it. I thought I'd be fine, didn't think it would smell, feel gross, or turn orange like other reviewers, yet here I am writing this review.

The Inverto, Inferno (in a good way)!!!
I'm a professional cosmetologist licensed in New York and France... I have used different keratin treatments which claimed to not have formaldehyde and other harmful chemicals but turned out to be in recall, sold without an autorization from the US and actually completely banned from the market later on as it was found to be harmful after all... Ridiculous, greedy market! You can search and find for a whole list of those on the internet if you are curious about it... Inverto is not on those lists. I've used a natural anti-frizz keratin treatment which was based with plants and vegetables, it was great to control frizz but would leave the hair dry if not using the same products of the line as a maintenance at home... These products were expensive... With the Inverto, you control frizz, give a lustrous shine that lasts, the maintenance products aren't pricy. I get clients who get frizz free from 4 months to 9 months depending on the quality of the water they have at home, the shampoos frequencies, especially the kind of shampoos they use, their lifestyle, the level of frizz they had to begin with, the level of damage their hair had and the texture of their hair. This is a treatment you'd use on people with straight hair with frizz, wavy to curly if you want to get good results but not for the kinky curly kind of hair. The clients with straight and frizzy hair (frizz caused by health issues/medications or chemical damage and so breakage and high dehydration) get shine back, no frizz, life back to the hair, and smoothness. Though keep in mind that the treatment needs to be fused to the hair by the way of a flat iron and so high temperatures. This means that sometimes a keratin treatment won't be what will help you right now if your hair is overly damaged. I'd advise to begin with replenishing treatments before considering a keratin treatment... The wavy hair clients get all the results as the straight hair ones do but sometimes get their waves losen down to straight hair depending on the strength of their waves. About the same results with the curly hair ones. The results on the curls depends on the strength they have but also they can get wavy to looser curls as well and so get diminished volume. 👍👍 This is a treatment I'd recommend to get rid of the frizz or tame it down and bring back your hair to a healthier look with shine as well. It is not a keratin treatment to get your hair straight. I hope my review helps understanding what this Inverto treatment does. 😇 The directions are simple and need to be followed with care. It comes with a great and efficient clarifying shampoo and a wonderful mask. I usually get out of this tube 3 treatments for medium length and medium thickness hair, 4 if it's for a thinner and shorter length hair client. 😎 I like the fact there's no need to oversaturate the hair with this treatment. Please make sure you follow the advise of an educated cosmetologist aka a board certified professional or even a cosmetologist trained by a board certified professional and have it professionally done. 😉

Lazy Curly
First off, this product is super easy to use! I have thin shoulder length hair that I was able to get two uses out of this product. Mind you, you might have Better and lasting results if you went to a salon and spent $300. But this works for two months or less, specially when you are about to go on vacation where humidity is high. I live in Florida and my hair lasted well for about a month. I would wake up wash my hair and it would legit take 10 mins to blow dry. It was soft and shiny and my co-workers noticed the first day! Normally I go to work with my hair knotted and tangle because I’m to tired to deal with my hair anymore, depressed about my hair. But buying this and giving this a try. Was totally worth it. It gave my hair confidence back instead of spending hundreds of dollars on products that don’t work on my hair for more then a few hours. This is definitely worth it for me. People had concerns about breakage. I had a little hair lost when putting on the product, mind you they have you blow dry ur hair without any protectant and flat iron it, it will make some hair loss but nothing noticeable. Easy to do on a boring weekend. You’ll be happy you did it. I wash and go sometimes to have a slight curl and sometimes I flat iron or blow dry to keep it straight. I bought this in Nov and I’m reapplying it at the end of January, now that I notice my hair is starting to be a hot mess again. I ordered this again In March and Now in July :)

WOW
I did this treatment a month ago. I want to say I LOVE it. It made my hair so shiny and lustrous and easy to handle. Flat ironing it was such a breeze. Since my hair became so straight and healthy it appeared to be longer. I got so many compliments from people that noticed the instant change. A month later, I need to redo it - not because the effects are gone but because it is not as amazing as it initially was. I will say however that it is ALOT of work to do - I did it on my own without any help. I have medium/long hair so it was really hard to do the back and my arms were getting tired. When you flat iron it with the product in there are horrible fumes that come out (I do recommend wearing a mask when you do this). I purchased the no formaldehyde formula however there are still fumes and a bad smell when you do this. Also, you hair gets VERY hot - so I am purchasing hot ironing gloves so I don't burn my fingers in the process. Overall, I feel that this is a solid product that delivers great results and you do not have to pay salon prices!

Okay not Great. No straightening at all. Just frizz free
It is a decent product. But not great. I have very thick heavy hair but far from curly. Wavy would be the right word. I applied this exactly following the instructions. But did not get straight hair at all. I have just about the same hair still. It added to softness and took the frizz away. Which is why 3 stars. But i still have a huge hair. I thought they would be much soft wavy and easier to manage. The only less thing is no frizz. But overall no change. I read some great reviews and though this would work but .... Kinda disappointed.

WOW!!!! This product is amazing.
I have done several keratin treatments, going back to 2011. Although technology has gotten better, my last Keratin treatment in a salon was September 2017. It was time for a new treatment. My hair is curly when I add gel or curling products, If I just wash and air dry It will just be a huge frizzy mess. I washed my hair on Friday and blow dried it and noticed the frizz and some waves were there ( I regret not taking before and after pictures) Saturday morning I decided to start my mission. I enlisted my boyfriends help with the application since my hair is long and thin and by the way, the 4 oz bottle was enough. I had enough to go over some parts I thought didn't have enough solution. I left it on for about an hour. Then the process began, separating your hair in three parts and blow drying each section. I must say if you don't do this the flat ironing will be a lot worse. Then the flat ironing, this was the hardest part of it all, since this is what seals the treatment into the hair you must make sure you get every section and go through it 7 to 10 times. I did not trust my boyfriend with this!!!! After it was all flat ironed, my hair felt hard and sticky. I let it cool for 15 minutes then washed it off, then used the keratin research shampoo as instructed. It already felt silky smooth, I applied the conditioning mask since I normally have dry hair and split ends. waited and additional 20 minutes. Then the final rinse. My hair was pin straight, I didn't blow dry at all. Instead, since it took me almost 4 hours ( I took my time ) I went food shopping with my wet hair. when I got home my hair was beautiful shiny still pin straight. I have never in my entire life been able to wash and go not even with all the other Keratin treatments I've done in the past. This is definitely the best keratin treatment I've done and at home for that matter.
