I have received an partially open packet , poore accuracy, power button problem aloy metal.
I have received an partially open packet, Identically same product , but some tim work well, many time show different result, power button not working, all time in power on condition, Made of aloy metal. Some time zero in -0.06. Then I request for chenge, again I receive one , it is work fine & accuracy is showing 90% correct.

Worth for the price
I had to set to zero frequently, else had an error of 2mm or more. The battery in the caliper was drained out, but the spare battery was helpful. For the price paid, product is worth buying.

Casting product
Its made from aluminium casting. The hardness is bery low . If its fall away from your standing position then the scale point will easily broken. Its aluminium so you can’t weld it. Sometimes the measurement will messed between work if it shows 25mm then instantly it became 0 (zero) . So i wish if you are serious about work and wanna use it for long time then go with Stainless steel. Make sure it’s steel.

I have used the vernier 4-5 times. It's accurate and value for money.

I brought this item , opened it and checked unfortunately it didn't switch on . Checked the batt voltage with multimeter found to be 1.4 . Iam sending it back at least they should have checked the operation before packing
