I put in a fair amount of effort to find a product that offered the same features and value as this one. Although it exceeded my budget slightly, I am pleased with both the quality and design of the product. The only hiccup I've noticed is that it continues to drip for about 10 seconds after I turn off the water. I'm uncertain if this is a result of my installation or a characteristic of the product itself. Despite this, I am generally satisfied with my purchase.

This rating is for the quality of faucet and the customer support after the product was received.If I could rate ten stars to this item, I have several reasons for it.1. The quality of the faucet is good, it's heavy and solid.2. The water pressure is much stronger than the faucet we replaced.3. Easy to install4. It has a modern minimalist design, and it does not have a brand printed anywhere on the surface, which is perfect!5. Upon moving the lever to let the water out and to control the stream of water, left and right for cold and hot water, it moves very smooth and firm, sign of a good quality faucet!6. Its minimalist design will make it easy to clean.7. The best thing, product support and the customer service are the best and outstanding. Customer service really worked on resolving the issues if there was any, and followed up by phone, email, and text. My issue was resolved by replacing it with the brand new faucet in a timely manner.If anyone thinking replacing the faucet, go for this one. You'll thank yourself for the decision after you read this review.

The Matte Black started to chip after 6 months. Now after 2 years, the hand held shower is broken (cheap plastic), the black color is completely gone from every angle of the fixtures, and the flexible looks miserable and grey. I regret this purchase.

Looks like great quality! Haven’t installed it yet!Realized we needed the ceiling shower attachment and reached out to the company to see if they could send it to us and they were very responsive and sent to us within a couple days! Didn’t even charge us the full price!Highly recommend!

Install wasn't super easy but wasn't horrible. The product looks fantastic. Unfortunately shortly after finishing my remodel, the handheld "select" button broke and is stuck in one mode. Also the drain plug no longer activates and releases as it should. So I have to unscrew the cap and reinstall depending on if I want a shower or bath to be run.For $150, I am disappointed with having issues so shortly after.

The product looks great and the customer service was very fast and helpful even months after purchase. Great company to work with, highly recommended!

The corners were warped, the thing appeared to be partially metal and partially plastic, the powder coat black paint did not cover all of the metal which left it exposed to the water aka rust potential (it was not Max’s of a non corrosive material).The “handle” piece’s diverter button was off center and was set too deep in its handle. It also looked like the cheapest crapI had to return it immediately. Very disappointing
