Might as well buy fine glitter dust and put in moisturizer
Any highlighter is supposed to give a shiny sheen or a natural looking glow, this product just feels like i dropped myself on glitter, you can literally see the glitter particles, i wouldn't buy this if i can use glitter dust and get the same result
