I did like the look of the toaster BUT we could not test it as it had a foreign plug on it and I now have had to buy and adapter before we can see it works. If we are buying electric goods in this country I expect to have the correct plug.

Came this morning looks lovely, toasts quickly and evenly- sticky label came off the top very easily not leaving mark as previous reviews stated- think they must have used toaster before taking label off! But it clearly states remove before use. Fits warbutons toastie bread easily in the whole pleased so far!

We have been using our old toaster nearly for the past 20 years. The plastic on the push button had broken so had to be quite careful when pushing to lock it.Package Content:1x  4 bread toaster Always wanted this style toaster. We bought this when it was on offer. The one that arrived had one side of toaster pair working fine but the second side of the toaster the push button wouldn't stay down at all. I simply requested a replacement (I am glad this option is now available, before you had to buy again and then return the previously purchased for a refund). The replacement arrived the next day, made everything was working and returned the previous one.Its quite smooth buttons so far. You can easily control how long you want the bread to be toasted for.Quite pleased with the purchase.Would certainly recommend the toaster. 4 bread toaster

I purchased this toaster on the 14th January last year. We’re a family of 5 and had struggled on with a 2 slice toaster since before we had kids. I thought it was about time we upgraded to 4. Unfortunately only half of the toaster works now. One side is still fine and functions as new, the right hand side however... only occasionally lets you fully depress the lever so it engages, and on those rare occasions it only ‘toasts’ for a few moments, regardless of the setting. Really disappointing for the price. Especially given we are very much a cereal family, our toaster was only used once a week (if that). 3 times a month would probably most accurate. And now I think of it, during the first COVID pandemic we spent (April-June) in the UK, So very little use. Actually we spent December in the UK too. Awful quality. I’d expected this brand to last us 5+ years with occasional use. My last toaster was still perfectly fine after 14 years! It just took an age to make min 8 slices we need to all eat together. It’s a shame I gave it away to my sons nursery class for their ‘real’ play kitchen (they cut off the plugs but all equipment was real).

Can not give this toaster more than one star. You cannot even put a full slice of toast in. You either have to cut the top of it because it doesn’t fit in the toaster or you have to double toast in other words turn over. I simply don’t have time to do that in the morning! Never ever in 40 years of being a housewife have I not been able to fit a standard slice of bread into a toaster . Toaster is not deep enough so therefore not fit for use 🤷🏼‍♀️
