Just received, the clasp is missing.

I was looking forward to purchasing this necklace for months. I had high hopes it was going to be the statement (necklace) piece that was going to pull the entire outfit together. When the necklace arrived, it looked like it has been returned before and had missing beads and wasn’t as full as the photo. In the image the beads go all the way to the top, but not this one.

I absolutely love this necklace. It is definitely a staple piece in my collection of accessories.

Disappointed. Color and necklace look different in person.Also lots of GOLD shows in this necklace (unlike the photo)And the necklace is so heavy it is not practical to wear.I tried to return it but the customer service is awful.
