Great! Start to my day!
Love these! They taste great. I bring it up to a boil the night before. Let it sit on the stove overnight and then bring it up to a boil the next day with a little bit of soy milk and it's a good start to my day. It's not hard to cook if you you bring it up to a boil and let it sit overnight. It's fast to cook in the morning

Sprouted Rolled Oats is the breakfast of Champions!
I am thrilled with the high quality One Degree Organic Foods Sprouted Rolled Oats product because the oats are sprouted and the product is tested to be Glyphosate free. Eating sprouted oats is important because the sprouting process helps break down phytates (the anti-nutrients) that prevent our bodies from being able to digest and utilize the nutrition within the oats. This makes sprouted rolled oats more easily digestible and the nutrition content more available for our bodies. The sprouting process does not change the flavor or texture of the oats. They remain incredibly yummy.

Great oats, no heavy metals
I brought this oatmeal after seeing that it was third-party tested and came back clean and free of heavy metals. We use it for standard oatmeal, in waffle mix, smoothies, etc. Great flavor and great source of fiber.

Delicious
No “mush” here. These oats are wonderful, keep their shape in cooking, and taste delicious. Also gluten free is indeed gluten free— no stomach ache after eating them.

Great product
What's not to like. This is definitely the ultimate rolled oat product. Tastes great and almost as healthy as oat groats, but much faster to cook.

Great quality sprouted quick oats
I love supporting local farmers. And this oatmeal is sprouted (but looks just like quick oats). Works well in my gluten-free cooking. I keep buying this product and plan to continue. I highly recommend this.

So much better than regular oatmeal
Love this oatmeal! Much chewier than regular oatmeal. Takes a little longer than regular oatmeal (15 to 20 mins total) but I make a larger batch for the week and then can quickly microwave a bowlful for later in the week. Expensive, but well worth the price!

Confidence in provenance for a price
The actual rolled oat product is a nice thick flake that produces a hearty oatmeal. It takes 5 minutes to cook as advertised. I like to add dried raisins and cranberries to the water before the oats.Given warnings of high chemical residue levels found in some oatmeal products, I think it’s definitely worth paying the 2X for an organic product. Is it worth paying 2X more again for this product with authenticated traceability to the source farm? Not sure. I originally got a 5# bag from a big box store that did not command that premium. But that was apparently a one time thing and now I only find these more expensive 1.5# bags.I’ll have to think about the extra cost and packaging when I use up this order. I like the product a lot, but not sure the price is justifiable.Update: I used up the last 1.5# bag and looking on Amazon found they now carried the 5# bag, at about a 30% lower unit cost at that time. I opted to restock with that, which seemed less extravagant and hopefully is net less packaging.
