This is awesome for our teddy bear hamster. I notice most of the negative product reviews are from people saying this isn't for kittens. That is TRUE, it is NOT for kittens. But it's pretty cool for hamsters. I was skeptical when I was opening the packaging, but after putting it together it's sturdy and fun to watch him since it's transparent. The directions do come in Chinese or Japanese but if you look at the pics you will figure out how to put it together. It was not hard but took about 20 minutes. The packaging was interesting and I took pics each step of the way because I was expecting something to go wrong, but I have had this for over a month and so far everything is good,

I really like the all clear look of the cage. Other reviews complain about assembly, but I actually enjoyed assembling it. it was like a fun 3d puzzle. I bought clear feeding troughs, and clear houses and it was super fun. However even with weekly cleaning and spot cleaning as well, the entire top level just gets so gross looking. the bedding gets pushed down the ramps and all ends up in the bottom level, and without bedding all the (sorry) poop and pee winds up on the top level's floor and ramps and just looks disgusting, and since its a beautiful clear cage ANY poop or pee stands out and you immediately see it. might work ok with a single hamster or a pair of mice, but we have 4 mice and it's just too much for the cage. To clean it fully I would have to disassemble the whole thing... and it was not THAT fun a puzzle that I want to do it again haha.

We have loved this cage for our dwarf hamster! It was easy to assemble, easy to clean and fun to clearly see our dwarf hammie play. We just purchased another of this exact cage, as we got a new Robo dwarf hamster and the critter trail cage we had for her just Isnt as fun.This particular cage size is best for dwarf hamsters in my opinion. However, I know the seller also has bigger sizes.

This is no where near what you would expect for what you pay. After wrangling all the pieces together, it is secured with rubber bands. There is no real way to secure the door on the front or the lid and any curious animal would push them right open. The villa was damaged upon receipt - and this being broken means exposed tacks and nails underneath. The ceramic "room" was missing as well. It looks very nice after three people spend an hour putting it together - but really The only animal that could safely use is a teeny tiny gerbil or something else very very small. Overall - this is not worth the price at all. I cannot recommend this.

I didn't realize how much work it would take to put this together. The instructions were in a different language. Good thing I had a hot glue gun in my home or else I wouldn't have anything to hold it together. Very poorly made. Not happy.

The cage was great it was packaged excellently, all the items it came with were great quality and it was a perfect size for our dwarf hamster she absolutely loves it. I definitely wouldn't say it's fit for anything but hamsters though.

It's cute but cheaply made. You hold the acrylic pieces with rubber bands a little thicker than what I use in my own hair. You have to spend literally like 2 hours pulling the protective brown tape off of each side of each clear piece, and still, mine came with two pieces not clear but foggy. And those pieces go on the front... So I can't even see through the front like I bought the thing for!Best part? The first night I put my little guy in there to try it out, he figured out how to get out and I'm still confused on how. He's tiny and no way he pushed the door open but there's some way he did. Meaning the 80 bucks I just wasted on getting a home specifically for hamsters, isn't even hamster proof as he can get out still.If anything maybe get this and be prepared to glue it together with some strong flexible glue like e6000 or something and make it into something sturdy and safe yourself. The pieces it comes with are great and cute too. But obviously pointless when you lose your little friend immediately.

This thing is pretty cool. Plenty of room for the hamster to run around in. Cool to watch him and easy to find him when he is hiding. Simple to clean and easy to assemble.
