This product absolutely works for my shoulder nerve pain. I had a rotator cuff surgery and ever since then I have had nerves firing off in my shoulder at night. I have tried several brands for nerve treatment that I'm almost an expert!

OMG! This product REALLY works! I am 70 yrs old with neuropathy in both feet. Very painful, cannot sleep ever, haven't really slept all night in years! It truly is affecting the quality of living since I am in pain probably 75% of the time. I've tried many, many products over the years all to no avail. They work on my bad knees but not on the neuropathy. I thought, OK...this is the LAST product I am going to buy.....AND...OMG!!!! IT WORKS!! I had 7 1/2 hours of uninterrupted sleep last night. I am crying as I am writing this as I am so happy! My feet STILL do not hurt! I am sorry I did not try this product sooner. It truly is a miracle product not to mention it really made my skin feel softer too! I am going to buy a couple more and put one in my desk at work and carry one in my handbag! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! AMAZING!!!!!

So I tried this product at first. Didn't like it because smell is strong. Smells like Ben Gay. Realizing that it's the Menthol that cools the burning and lessens the numbness I can say it works better than Bio Freeze because it lasts 6-8 Hours. It's in a cream form rather than the Bio Freeze Gel which actually was causing red marks or rashes on my feet. So at first I didn't like this and I still don't like the smell. Maybe they can improve that or change that. If you have burning feet this works well. It will not stop The numbness but lessens the discomfort of it. But again, the smell is the negative. Not all Menthol products smell like this. Hopefully they can fix that.

This worked adequately once I’d rubbed it in, placed several hot cloths on the area, and waited 20 minutes. Not a complete stopping of nerve pain in feet, but much better than nothing! Warning: Do not get this cream near your eyes, nose or mouth! The fumes alone cleared my sinuses out in a flood!

first time I used it. it seemed to work and I never thought it would right from the start. Well here it is a week later and it does work. I have very severe neuropathy and take a lot of medication that seems not to work but when you don't take it for whatever reason you find out ju st how much they really did work. Well this is one of those things, It does work and decreased my pain level by 75%. I have let several use it that has the same problem. Everyone has a good result. I like the product and the container as well. I will be ordered more and it is going to my doctor so he can share it with other patients too. I will have to use a wheelchair because of the problem of no feeling in my feet up to mid calves. maybe this will slow that down!!

Was really hoping this was as good as the Q&A said it was. S I sprayed the cream on my feet and as soon as I started to rub it turned into a very sticky paste, with my usual pain cream I just take a wet wash rag and wipe my hands, this cream I had to go to the bathroom and wash hands thoroughly to get it off. I didn't stop the pain at all, half way through the night I was sitting on the side of the bed crying. Tried it the next night, even put socks on over the cream, pain so bad again I didn't get any sleep at all. Was so relieved when my regular Neuropathy pain meds were re-stocked (Magni-Life Foot Cream) and I could get some relief. Won't try this again, will not encourage friends to try, in-fact I will tell them to stay away from it.

I had high Hope's for the cream and bought 2 bottles. It's a thick cream, but the smell was terrible and did not help my neuropathy pain like I wanted. It surfacely did de sensitize but it did not help the pins and needles and burning sensation. I really dont believe there is a cream to help neuropathy and my neurologist agrees. She shook her head and laughed when she read the claims. Unfortunately she said there isnt a cream that is going to numb nerves at the level below the skin. The nerve root isnt going to be affected except from medication nerve block or nerve stimulator. So I'm sorry I cannot give a great review. I am being honest.

I have been researching and ordering different products for my dad to try over the past year for his neuropathy he has in his feet and legs. A couple of the products gave him some relief but nothing like this did! This really works! I just ordered more to be shipped to him. If you suffer from neuropathy, don't hesitate on buying this!
