As a chef, I need strong and durable gloves that won't get destroyed right away. These are perfect. I also prefer the black color since they look better while doing catering events. I had zero issues with the gloves being stuck together. I've never, ever opened up a box of gloves to have them all nice and nest and separate. If the gloves are not usable when you get them, it's not because of how they are packaged. Contact the seller. I have medium sized hands for a guy and the large were good enough that they are not too loose and not too tight for quick removal and more or less easy on. Vital when cooking. All gloves are ridiculously hard to put on when hands are even a little wet or when you are rushing. Now if you prefer a tighter fit than what I just described and from what you see in the pics, them you shall have to base it off standard sizing. I feel they are normal Large. Update: got my 4th or 5th box recently and this was the first one that had the gloves stuck together as many have mentioned. Sloppy getting them out and ruined the box, but they work just as fine as they always have.
