I am a female, and I take it for hormone/cycle regulation. This dose and brand is extremely effective. I noticed the effects on my third dose and it quickly built up in my system. The pills are rather large, but it's a large dose so it's to be expected. You will smell sweet/mapley and your urine too. I have continued to purchase because it is a quality vitamin from a quality brand

These are a good supplement for the money. I don't know if the intended result is happening yet but I have not noticed any side effects other than my armpits smell like maple syrup and antiperspirant. I have read that Fenugreek can cause the maple syrup smell on the body so I guess if you don't mind that it is fine.

Can't say much for the product but it clearly says you are purchasing fungreek seeds and this product is a powder. If that is what your need this product looks to be high quality though if you needed the whole seeds like I did your gonna have to keep looking..
