These molds are really cute and quite easy to use, my kids loved it! We may have to order another set, four is just not enough. What I love about these molds are there durability and how easy they are to use, ice cream bars, cake, even chocolate slide right out. And I love the fact that they can be used in the oven as well as the freezer. First you can fill with a cake mixture, bake it, once cooled fill the remaining portion with ice cream and freeze, voila an ice cream cake on a stick! The Silikomart website also has some must try recipes for savory as well as sweet ideas. As noted by other reviewers these are not for liquid based popsicles, like fruit juices, as the area to place the stick will leak. But I was thinking that if placed a piece of fruit of something else solid right by the stick opening, this may stop the liquid mixes from leaking out.
