I got these as an emergency as my tank got wobbly and water started to leak. They are very good, they tightened up the tank tot he seat pretty well, the rubber got squished and sealed pretty good. It’s been 2 months now and it’s still tight. Pretty good I’d say. I previously had the same kit but with plastic bolts and plastic elements as a whole. Those deteriorate quite quickly, you will end up replacing them every year. Do yourself a favour and get a good pair of metal. This is good value.

If you have plastic screws holding toilet tank to toilet - that in time have broken - these are much better being metal and are unlikely to break any time soon. You're more likely to break the ceramic tank/toilet. Screws are nice and thick and not thin like other asemblies and hopefully won't rust... But it likely needs 2 more rubber grommets for the underneath bowl or toilet to ensure the metal does not damage/crack the tank/toilet in case of movement (accidental). It has 2 only so you have to decide whether to use them underside the tank or the toilet.

Hard to wax lyrical about Toilet tank bolts? The bolts are well made and hold the cistern to the toilet pan on early systems that do not use the 'plate' system that holds the two parts together These bolts are great and very cheap and saved me hours of a plumbers time as the old ones had to be hacksawed off with a rather high degree of buggeration, but got there in the end Good buy

These are well machined and the threads do not bind as is the tendency with brass fittings. You cannot tell how long the soft parts will last, or what happens as they deteriorate, but the design is good, certainly better than the flat washers previously used. It would be nice to include a tool for tightening the wing nuts as access can be fiddly.

Value for money: Its worth it

It's way too short, I tried to use it but it's too short. So I chucked it int the bin as it is a hassle to return it.

When I changed the flush fittings in my Cistern I couldn't free the Bolts so had to cut them off. Once the Cistern fittings were changed and refitted these Bolts made it a lottery easier to seal. And, hopefully, should last longer than the plated originals. Great value for money and relatively easy to install. Many thanks 😊
