Pretty cool :)
So far I've made 2 types of homemade snack bars with this Cricket powder and my husband and I really dig it. I can see how it would also be easy to add bit to smoothies and/or baked goods, for some extra nutrition. My only tiny issue is that I wish it was a little less expensive for the amount in the bag.

Yum! Great for smoothies
Very fine power that adds no texture to my breakfast smoothies. I have bought several more of these due to the health benifits of cricket powder and the quality of this product specifically.

Got hives, and I have never reacted to shellfish
I wanted to like this so much! But the taste was rough, and then I got hives. Can’t do it

Flour makes excellent workout shake/protein-topper and tastes good
Made chocolate chirp cookies for co-workers. Didn't enunciate clearly. Co-workers ate crickets. Much win. The baker said she saw a leg and baked it in, anyway. Not sure if that's true. Asked MOST of the vict- co-workers if they had a shellfish allergy before-hand, but not sure how necessary that is. Cookies were delicious, could've been sweeter w/the recipe we used. Flour makes excellent workout shake/protein-topper and tastes good. Plan on tricking more people into eating crickets with the second bag.

Nutrients & packages aren't the same as what's shown on Amazon.
Packages are different than what is shown when i ordered, but what's worse is all the nutrients listed are different than what's shown as well! Double the cholesterol, sodium, fat etc than what it shows on Amazon. Don't trust it but says CANNOT RETURN!!🤨 Plus bags are TINY!

Great Protein Source Too Expensive
This stuff is great, almost a replacement for animal meat. You have to eat a lot of it to get the same benefits as meat which is not cost effective/possible but I still love adding this to vegetables and pasta. One lost star for cost. I wish I could find it locally.

Very healthy, hardly noticeable!
The cricket flour is greatfor adding to any dish with flour or that you are able to bake or mix into sauce. The package is smaller, came with 2. A little bit goes a long way. The cricket flour is ground fine, but not as fine as regular flour. If you are Ok with very small gritty taste, this is perfect, not noticible. This is ground up to the point guests would be unaware if you slipped this into a dish. Very healthy. I enjoy the product. I hope you will too!

Great stuff and of good quality
Great stuff and of good quality. It's bugs, so it tastes like bugs, but it's effect on my stamina is pretty impressive.
