I'm so Thankful These Worked!!
My foot pain was starting to get bad. Really bad. Like, can't stand in the kitchen for more than an hour or so bad. These changed that immediately. I do still get the foot pain, but it take sup to three times as long to set in as it used to. The soles do take some time to get used to, but the relief is so powerful that you'll get used to them pretty quick. They easily slid into my shoes and were the perfect size. I'd recommend these soles to anyone who struggles with plantar fasciitis.

Great for bad knees and back
Dr. Scholl’s shoe inserts are a total game changer! The moment I slipped them into my shoes, I felt instant relief and support. They cushion my feet perfectly, especially in the heel and arch areas, making long days of walking or standing so much more comfortable. The gel layer absorbs impact really well, and I noticed a big difference in how my feet, knees, and even lower back felt at the end of the day. They fit easily into most of my shoes without feeling bulky. If you’re on your feet a lot, these inserts are a must—your feet will thank you! They last super long and are so worth the money!!

Supportive for every day use
I have chronic plantar fasciitis. These fit well into most shoes. For reference I wear a 9.5-10 W. I have put them into lace up leather boots, winter boots, booties, and moccasins. They significantly change my comfort level when walking. I do think they could offer just a little bit more support. Maybe if there was two levels that you could purchase, like an every day and a higher level of support option. I have quite high arches and could use a little extra support there. On that note, I have two pairs currently in rotation so they are doing the job for every day use.

Comfy but not for plantar fasciitis/flat feet apparently
They were comfortable but when I showed them to my podiatrist he said they bend too much in the arch and collapse when you step. Which doesn’t really help hold your arch for flat feet. The arch apparently needs to be more firm and less pliable.

They work!
I've tried many plantar fasciitis inserts but found Dr. Scholl’s inserts to be the best to relieve the stabbing sensation. Will buy more!
