SLEEP MODE DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE ALTERNATIVE TO TURN OFF
SLEEP MODE-YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DEACTIVATE IT SO THAT IT DOESN'T GO TO SLEEP

Toner all over the place!
The toner cartrage should be removed before shipping. I also can't find the PIN for the printer. This things should be mitigated before shipping. I may be returning this if I can't get the PIN. I'm also leary about the toner issue and whether it will be a problem down the road. The toner cartrige is basically empty as the prints (the one that comes out when you plug it in, I have not been able to connect to my computer) are looking very faint. This is terrible!

Not as good as my old HP
For the money i should have bought an older model of an HP printer like i had before. This one doesn't warn you like the previous printer i had. Also sleep mode is so aggravating. We tried to change it but it falls asleep way to fast. Its always going to warning screens for something stupid and you have to exit out all the time from the printer. And it says paper is stuck when its not. also the website on here said it was Bluetooth and wifi and it was not!!!!!!!

Don't buy this printer!
The printer goes into sleep mode and doesn't come out, without having to either push the power button on the unit, or restart the printer completely. I have called HP support twice (only to be cut off after lengthy efforts to remedy this problem). They claim that this "energy saving" approach is mandated on all their other printers as well; however, none of the other HP printers I have purchased have this issue. But this one does and they don't seem to have a remedy for it. Stay away from this one, unless you pine to rise from your computer any time you haven't printed at least one document within the sleep mode timer. Very disappointing - and very upsetting about their HP support techs.

Cannot be taken out of duplex mode.
I even went as far as disabling duplex mode in the admin settings by holding down buttons as you power it on, and every print job asks for you to reload the paper to print the second side, even when specifying in the job to only print one sided. HP printers aren't like they used to be

*** updated *** The Printer arrived as expected without damage. I was unable however to connect the printer via USB. Unfortunately in our environment we cannot use WiFi. The seller has been very helpful with this.
