Tocopherol is Vit.E so I am just assuming it is. I really like the powder.

Can I use this down there?

I used it everywhere after a shower. I don't think I would put it daily there there but definitely inside thighs and cheeks under the girls bottom of tummy around moist areas.

Mine is Camille Beckman Glycerine Rosewater. Yes, mine contains talc. Don’t use it below the waist. That’s what I read. I’m on my third box over the years and no problems.
