This is essentially vol12 for the perfect editions. There is so much that happens in this volume, I can’t fathom how someone sees it as one (an epilogue). It so much more. This is the definitive ending of the story, I heard there some changes to the original manga run. But what I got here was pretty satisfying overall. 20th century boys is an all time classic. If I had to rate it, it’s a strong 9/10. Unlike anything I’ve seen. What a ride.
