Excellent product..

The design, machining and look of the product is great and all... But it doesn't perform well as expected...I tried requesting for return/refund but only replacement was possible.. Tried that one but the same issues followed in the replaced part...Now regarding the product, it doesn't charge or the audio doesn't connect immediately when plugged in... It takes its own sweet time to start charging the device or to transmit the audio through the 3.5mm Jack. The sound quality isn't that good and volume is even more lower.Verdict is that it's a total waste of money for such a worthless thing. I wish I could have a refund instead of just having to throw this product in a corner.

I've been trying to find a USB C to audio 3.5mm adapter which works. I've ordered and thrown away three till now. This was the fourth. They either don't get detected at all by my phone (Motorola G9, stock Android 11) or they work so flakily that they're unusable. One of them kept making clicking noises and kept switching on and off the sound output every one second or so. So you get one second of sound, one second of silence, and this continues. Basically, finding an adapter which works is a huge hit-and-miss process.This is the first one which works. It has a TRRS socket, to allow both output and mic input, so you can do calls using it. It is also supposed to charge the phone from the USB C socket on the other side, but that doesn't seem to be working. I tried with a USB C PD feed (which normally makes my phone charge faster) and with a normal power USB C charging feed, but none of them worked.Other than that, this adapter works very well.

Used on ROG 2, Samsung S20+Supports PD charging at 30w+No audio interference. Clear HQ audio.Only issue audio split works only one way as the type c port is not reversible. Charging works in reversible though. Have not tried Data transfer so can not comment.On a expensive side, but its a quality product.

it gives strange sound while no song playing, and frequent disconnect problems also irritating.

Truly an awesome dongle: charges well while listening to music without any disconnect errors and also has 2 year warranty. Hopefully it lasts long, as I purchased it at high cost even during the big billion days, I heard the item was below 1000/- when it was launched unfortunately I am late, but don't regret my purchase as it works perfectly well, and met my expectations

Absolutely pathetic product, even at such a relatively high price point. The audio port is unrealiable and the audio keeps fluctuating and sometimes the phone does not recognize the device so you may embarrass yourself in a public place when the aufio suddenly comes through external speakers. The device does not work as a charging port. In fact my phone froze everytime I tried charging using this device- so I had to reboot my phone several times. Not recommended at all.
