In fact so solid its like a part time job to get the phone into the case. Once in the case it is so snug its hard to get the phone out. And so hard i pull the entire belt clip with the phone off my waist pulling the phone out of the belt clip to answer it.As far as being solid i dont think you cand find another. I switch batteries so its a pain to get the phone in and out of its case. I wont return it but i would not buy another. The phone was always loose and trying to pop up on the corners. I tried several different ways to get it in there snug but at the end of the day it just wasn't a good fit. I ordered another brand and it fits like a glove. Also the back paint of this case started to 'bubble' and wear after only using it about 3 weeks. Was not pleased with this case at all.
