Duck Brand Indoor/Outdoor Carpet Tape, 1.41-Inch x 42 Feet, White (286373)

This tape works really well to hold a rug to its pad. I use this on the rugs in my front hallway, which get a lot of traffic, and the adhesive is pretty easy to apply and stays stuck until I peel it off. I also use this to keep two large flatweave rugs attached to their pad because our robovac kept lifting up the edges. The tape works well in both cases! The roll has lasted a long time— I have had to redo the tape on my hall rugs a few times when I have pulled the rugs up to wash them and the pad.

This stuff works great. Be careful when cutting it with scissors. It's sticky and will gum your scissors up. It is thin enough so it doesn't appear bulky like with mounting tape. It's working well so far. If you have alot of animal hair or lint in your house I suggest putting it in a baggy after each use. The sides of the roll tend to be sticky as well and that stuff is like a magnet to it.

Using it to secure a plastic mat to the wooden floor of my balcony, it mostly stays in place, but you need to use the pattern they suggest on the box

Great product. Works extremely well. Only thing I would change is making the backing easier to remove.

Works well. Used for 2 rugs. Then removed a rug and replaced. The old rug was able to be pulled up without ruining it and the new rug put down. Still holds.

Held down the rug for maybe 2 days. Now it's just stuck to the floor, collecting dirt and the rug is flapping in the wind 😅 Thin & easy to apply.

Used for fastening stair treads to a stair. Very strong.

Good adhesion but on one carpet must’ve had dirt or other things on the bottom of it because it did not stay stuck to it, even though I clean the floor first.
