Is it original silk? material doesn't feel like it's silk.. after months of use and washing in hot water in machine it dont look like original silk

Hi it is 23 Mimme which is very high grade silk. You must not wash it over30 degrees heat, you must use very mild detergent and do not use fabric conditioner. You will ruin it if you do not follow these instructions. It is a natural fibre and must be respected to keep it performing its job.

How do I clean the pillow case? There are 3 different ways listed in the description

I find best way is to hand wash with shampoo in the sink with lukewarm water, soak it for a while and drip then dry flat - do not wring .

Is the dark grey very dark?

No its more or less as shown on the picture .

Is this genuine silk?

It says it is on the label. In my view it is lovely to use and feels luxurious.
