We've hooked everything to this, a swing, punching bag, lyra hoop, pulleys and harnesses, silks, and it works. It does only swing in one axis but sometimes we need that. Mounting was easy with a stud sensor. I am 220 LBS and it holds me very well due to the 4 huge bolts. It mounted flush against the ceiling. It looks strong and is strong. I did have to WD-40 the shackle pin so it couldn't be heard on the floor above. I want to replace the 2 bolt mount in another room with this strong 4 bolt unit.

This is a well-made, heavy duty ceiling-mount hook that comes with both wood screws and cement anchors for mounting. The base plate and ring are all well made and very heavy duty. You can even pull out and reattach the ring using the axel pin if necessary. I used this as a mounting point for a rope hoist to use for lifting a 77 pound TV into place on an outside structure. I also then used it to hook safety chains to the TV. I used the wood screw mounting technique and this holds the thick plate very securely. I actually ended up moving the plate once, and the screws stood up to repeated screwing and unscrewing even though I intentionally drilled the pilot holes a little small so the plate was more secure. This made the screws require a good amount of force to insert and remove, and I was concerned that this might weaken them or even cause them to twist off and break. But these are very tough screws, not cheaply made like sometimes comes with items. I can highly recommend these for hanging anything from a ceiling up to the specified weight limit.

Solid product that works really well with my TRX

Used to hang a hammock at one end on a fence post. Properly solid piece of equipment. Now I just have to worry about the fencepost holding up!
