It might be costly for a few people, but for me, this is the best thing I invested in. It is not your traditional cook ware, it is definitely much better. The ergonomics is awesome, hats off to the design, I forgot my gas on high today, and the milk did not boil and spill. Now again, this may be a rare instance and YOU are responsible for how you cook. I feel that this utensil is strong, heavy, easy to clean and amazing. The best add on is the silicone handle, nothing like it. Definitely it does not have a lid, but there are so many available online per your comfort. I have the 2.5 litre one and will soon order the 1.5 litre one for boilling milk. I will surely think of the stainless steel T pan by Hawkins too, as I'm really impressed with this product. Hawkins is one company who will always have my respect. I personally Love it.

Robust but smaller than the mentioned capacity
Build and quality is no doubt superb as always from Hawkins. Holding silicons are temperature stable and helps a lot . Design is thoughtful. It works well on induction and gas both. I have given four star instead of five, just because of size issue. it can barely keep 1.75 L milk to boil. You can’t even think about to put 2 L.

But after cooking the marks are not completely gone. triply stainless steel appliances would have more quality
