A friend recommended this to me for allergies on the Texas Gulf Coast. It hasn't rid me of my allergies but it GREATLY diminishes my sneezing; itchy, watery eyes and runny, stuffy nose. I noticed a bit of a difference after just a few days then slow, consistent improvement. I take one each day.

I liked the first ones I bought that were a different brand. These, not so much. Some seem to have an unpleasant taste. I have reordered the original brand. Also, Inam in the 4th week of these and still sneeze. The others had stopped me from sneezing at 4 weeks.

I read online that this product is good for both allergies and arthritis, from which I suffer from both with. After a couple weeks of usage I noted my allergy symptoms (sneezing, teary eyes, and cough) had nearly gone away. Additionally, my arthritic legs and knees are improved as well.I am not one who generally uses products for a home-remedy basis, but these tablets are working for me and I recommend that if you have similar issues to me, to give the product a try.

Good item... Noticed energy increased. Using for chronic fatigue. Take 3 morning and afternoon. Perfect job. Better than coffee. Helps me feel more normal
