Great product, good flavor and nice powder like consistency. I added to my tofu for that egg flavor. Comes out great like an egg and cheese, salt, pepper, ketchup sandwich from the city.

I tried another brand and Rani is definitely fresher and better tasting. It also has a clean egg smell which is what I wanted for my cooking.

This is great tasting Kala Namak. I wish the jar came w/ a partial section to just shake out the salt.

This product exceeded my expectations. I am using it to make vegan potato salad. It tastes like the real deal with the addition of this eggy umami flavor.

Great find! I love vegan food. I was using this for a Vegan Egg Salad seasoning. It smells like sulfur, but don't use too much. It make the tofu taste like real eggs. The color is amazing. I add dill pickles and it makes my egg salad off the hook.
