From what my Dad told me they aren't tight in the testicle area and are comfortable. He's happy.

While the fabric quality isn’t quite as good as you would have seen 10 years ago, these are still one of the better brands of men’s basic white underwear.Depending on body type you may need to go down a size. Normally wear a 2XL in most clothing, but really could have gone with an XL.
