The globe will continuously spin and not catch onto the rubber seal. $70 should come with a new seal or the glass that attaches to the original seal.

terribly made!!!!
Terrible product, the product is made 30 times cheaper than the actual bulb that comes with the product. The product fell and broke outta my control, this one is my 3rd one, and the hookah tip lightly tapped this and it broke that little piece off, LIGHTLY TAPPED IT… small dink… poof… literally onto the 4th one… and the company refuses to do anything… this product is really poorly made…

Tooo expensive
Cant find a suitable substitute $70 for 1 (one) globe, Rebuild kit $20 should be broken down into parts you actually use and need. I sent everything back to Studen

Nice product And even better customer service
Got this globe for my piece and it works just like the old one. It feels a little different than the other one but it works perfectly. My first globe arrived broken but they gave me a new one for free. Understandable that it came broke, they are fragile pieces.

Got sent the wrong size
The product says it is the large size but I got sent the small. The percolator doesn’t fit now.
