Will this work on an air mattress that has a built in pump with wall plug? I'm taking the mattress camping and need a way to blow it up.

This worked miserably on our air mattress. It would start, but turns off after 3 seconds. Wouldn’t power the coffee maker either. Overall terrible purchase that did exactly nothing we bought it for.

Can i leave my computer plugged into this when i turn off the engine and restart or do i have to pull the foval plug out of the cigarette lighter 1st?

You need not unplug it... but be careful, as it continues to draw power from the vehicle battery and with enough time, you might not be able to restart the vehicle. This can also happen even with nothing plugged into the inverter, as it’s small fan runs continually. You can return the following day to a dead battery...

is the output (110VAC) regulated at 60 cycles?

Most modern electronics can handle 40Hz to 120Hz or higher, 90 to 130 Vac. Unless you want to plug in an old fashion motor driven clock, it won't matter what the output is.

Will they let you use this on a plane to run a cpap machine?

You should only use PURE sign wave inverters for CPAP. Using a modified sign wave one like this unit will probably function but it will shorten the life of your CPAP, and use more watts than needed due to inefficiency.
