It has worked really, really well for me. I take it twice a day and it has been more effective in reducing pain and inflammation than ibuprofen and naproxen were. I open the capsule, put it some beef broth and a little coconut oil heat it and drink it up. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. He wakes ups with less over-all soreness, and has completely stopped all pain medication. My mother has rheumatoid arthritis along with osteoarthritis. Unfortunately, the Tumeric gave her an upset stomach which is one of the side effects for certain people.
