I bought 4 of these for my classroom and two arrived already broken. They are made with cheap materials and are definitely not durable enough to survive 26 kids in a classroom. I am doing a unit on energy and we are learning about electrical energy…these would have been great if they would actually work and last, but after a day in the classroom the two that still worked are no longer usable. Now I have 4 broken, definitely not worth it!

This gift was a great hit. It's so simple and so Interesting and fun.. Sadly,, the batteries however ran out after half a day. The box was also messed up when it arrived which makes me think it had been used and returned. I ordered it just before Christmas and I really wanted to give it to my granddaughter so I did not return it to Amazon. It's such a cool gift that even with the drawbacks I'm glad I bought it.

Bought this for my son for Christmas. 1. Overpriced, but I was willing to pay for it bc it was cheaper than the one I really wanted, the Steve Spangler Energy Stick in regular size, which for some reason has skyrocketed in price. Received it, and like so many other reviews, it didn’t even work. SUCH a disappointment! Returned immediately. Luckily, I found the original energy stick for a MUCH more reasonable price! They’re out there, and they’re awesome!

I ordered two, and it was a good thing. The batteries must have been sitting inside for a LONG time in the warehouse. They were corroded in both of them, and didn't work at all in one of them. The product itself was fine, but just know that you might be having to go buy some new batteries.

I've used the smaller less flexible tubes with preschool age thru 2nd grade and they loved it. This model is flexible but harder to make the connections and the resulting lights and sounds are not as visible/loud. This works, but I'm going to order more of the smaller tubes instead.

My wife used it as an illustration in a workshop . Most of the attendees had not heard of this “stick”.It worked wonderfully to emphasize team work since two persons touched each side

As soon as It was delivered my daughter opened it and was sad to see it did not work. Now she's crying.

I ordered 4 of these for my second graders. All but one of these were defective. Cheap. Get the better version.
