When a tire valve fails to seal and leaks air these can stop the leak.
I have a small diesel tractor, the valve failed to stop leaking. Instead of removing the tire and taking it to have the fluid filled inner tube replaced and refilled with liquid. I used one of these valve extensions. The end that screws to the inner tube valve stem allowed me to swivel it to the position I needed and opened the valve in the existing inner tube, while allowing be to inflate the tire. It has been a month now still holding air properly.This extension has saved me a lot of difficult, heavy and expensive work.

Easy install looks great
Use these on my 49 john deere for extensions so that I could air up the tires since the wheels were so close to the valve stem.

Only the two most straight extenders worked for my need as the others were too curved to get on the valve with the depth of the rim, but thankfully I only needed two for my riding mower's rear tires. Sturdy and work well. A little challenging to tighten down in a tiny space, and I couldn't get a pair of pliers to work either, but I finally got them tight enough to become the valve. I'm satisfied that I can now check my tire pressure and add more air much easier with these extenders than trying to get to the original short rubber valve tucked down between the rim and the wheel weight.

Only needed two of the six. A little concerned in they appear a little flimsy. I have pressure monitoring devices connect to them so hope they will be strong enough to support the devices. Will know later when we hit the road.

These are very cheaply made and leak. Returned ASAP.

All the valves within these extenders were loose.
The price was fair enough I did however have to purchase a valve stem wrench as all the valves were loose causing air to leak out through them. Once the valves within the extenders were tightened it was easy to inflate the tires to their required pressure. As I needed it right away the wrench had to be purchased at an auto parts store and it was almost half the price of the valve stem extenders. Perhaps this was an isolated problem.

As described, good quality, worked perfectly.
Needed for an RV with dual rear tires. Old 8 inch extensions were worn and leaked. I couldn't get any of my many air chucks to fit through the hubcaps to air up, and had to take them off every time I aired up. These little extenders did the trick.
