If your pillow already infested will this keep them from coming out because they are trapped?

If your pillow is infested, it should be disposed of. THROW IT OUT! If you are unable to afford a new pillow (the are cheap at places like Costso and Sam's Club, which have good pillows!) you might try putting it in the dryer on high heat, or freezing it, but that may not help.
