The product broke in three different places within a month of use. I wasn’t putting much weight on it (I only weigh 70kg and didn’t have my full weight placed onto the roller in any case).There’s now a loud and irritating cracking noise whenever I try to use it which has rendered the product useless.A shame because it seemed sturdy when I initially got it and it worked well for the limited time I had it for.

Bought this to loosen a tight piriformis muscle that was causing me pain. The roller has worked better than I expected on my pain. I’ve also been using it to roll under my feet, it makes them feel good like I’ve had a massage.

I suffer with an arched back this is great for stretching out and other pilates moves. Great price. Highly recommend.
